Terms of Service

i reserve the right to deny any commission requestpaypal invoice only, USDUPFRONT FULL PAYMENT, I will not start working until payment is receivedno refunds unless i am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO WITH YOUR COMMISSION:

  • commissions can be used as icon/banner/etc or reposted (with credit)

  • personal use

  • gifts for another person

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO WITH YOUR COMMISSION

  • commission cannot be claimed as your own or sold for personal profit

  • you do not have permission to use my work in crypto/nft

  • you cannot use my work with AI models of any kind

Will draw:

  • OCS

  • Fanart

  • Non-Human (furries, robots, etc)

  • light gore/body horror

  • suggestive/nsfw

Won't draw:

  • heavy gore/guro

  • any kind of bigotry

  • anything with incest/pedophilia/minor+adult relationships

  • anything I am not comfortable with

Before you commission!

  • i would prefer if you contacted me via email, though it is not required. you must be comfortable providing me your email for me to send the invoice.

  • i would prefer if you sent image references, the quality does not matter! it's just easier to use pictures than interpretation from a paragraph

  • during the commission process, after i have recieved full payment, i will send you low quality screenshots of my sketches to ask for input and to make any changes.

  • you are allowed to ask for a progress update at anytime

  • i highly encourage you to message me if you have any questions!

by emailing me, you are agreeing to everything send in the terms of service

How to place a Commission Order!

Please remember I will not start your commission until I have received payment.fill out the following and send to my email or dm:
